David Yvinec I have been listening to CB3 for a little while now, and I have been anticipating this album since I heard about its release. I am surely not disappointed! This album is a powerful mix of stoner rock and jazz rock: Mahavishnu Orchestra meets Black Sabbath meets King Crimson. How better can it be? The music is progressive with some beautiful incursions into psychedelia and into space rock. Charlotta is a talented band leader accompanied by equally talented musicians. A very pleasurable album! Favorite track: Acid Haze.

The flac version of this sounds great in my truck... not a crunch, clip or boom to be heard. That, in itself, gets this major points. This is a lovely combination of early Floyd, U2 and a few San Francisco bands from the '60s with a heavy dose of Helmet tossed in. It's definitely best of breed when it comes to modern psych stuff. Even without a Hammond B3, it gets an easy A+... rick-taylor
